Meet the Founder

I founded Ubuntu Leadership with a driving passion to effect positive change in business and society. Deeply committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion (DEI), Ubuntu Leadership supports leaders in transforming their organizations to achieve higher human and business performance.

With a background collaborating across various sectors from academia to Big Tech, we’ve gained invaluable insights into the pivotal role of inclusive leadership in driving success across diverse cultural landscapes.

As equally strategic and creative thinkers, we’ve navigated the complexities of DE&I, and blend consulting, facilitation, and coaching skills to deliver lasting value to every client.
